Art has always been a part of Jody’s life, she was encouraged by her family to create and express through many mediums. Drawing with pencil was a favourite of those and after discovering the art of tattooing during her high school days, she knew that it was the career for her.

In 2011 Jody began her tattooing journey. Her specialty is illustrative blackwork and it has taken her around Australia and hopefully, soon, internationally. Adding ornamental flow to adorn the body’s natural shapes is a path that she is also currently exploring. Although Jody works with tattoos of all sizes, She really enjoys working with clients to create large scale flowing designs that read cohesively on the body. 

Building connections and good rapport with her clients is important for Jody and she looks forward to each session because of it. She’s always open to quiet or tuned out sittings if that’s what her clients need otherwise she loves chatting about other hobbies such as travel, music, animals or your next tattoo!
